11/5饮食记录 昨晚上家里来了客人,买了卤菜,老板炒了小煎鸡和回锅肉。没忍住,没记后果,吃了,涨了0.4kg,问题不大,能接受,接下来几天多喝点热水,代谢下 早餐: 1个鸡蛋,250ml纯牛奶,30g红薯 加餐:200g混合炒河粉(外出办事,嘴馋了,想了很久还是下手了) 午餐:1个苹果 晚餐:金针菇+香菇+小青菜+虾皮混合凉拌(预计200g) 今晚上坚决不再嘴馋乱吃任何东西。
