So after reaching a healthy weight and maintaining it for a short while, finishing school, moving, getting pregnant, (gaining a ton) having beautiful twin girls, then taking care of them for the last 9 months.... FINALLY- I'M BACK! Ready and dedicates to getting myseld health and fit. Almost forgotabout this site, i have had some success lately i started this journey at 182 about a month ago. I'm not so hyper focused on the scale this go around, I want to be in better shape. My restrictions in pregnancy which eventually led to bed rest left me feeling so de-conditioned and I have been so busy every since i have made little progress in fixing that.
