Here it is, the day I planned to weigh in at 195#'s. Little did I know that COVID would close the gyms, shut the parks, crush the restaurants, and increase the stress that everyone lives under.... so 217.5. is my number. Not excited that I could not progress more. But I know have some good data, and realize that weight loss (fat not muscle) is more difficult as we get a bit older. What I do have to celebrate are 96/57 bp and 54 bpm and a waist size of 36 and ALL my clothes fit just fine. and I still have a bit of hair on my head! lol. Plus no medications, no pre-diabetic issues. Probably good genes are my gift received from my parents... A good diet, activity, and never give up mentality probably have a bit to do, too. So November 1st. through December 31st, Main goal. no gain! The secondary goal, good food choices, the Third goal is to use the Bowflex and weights I have at house more. and if I get to my 4th goal of 205#'s I will consider it a grand slam home run. Enjoy life... it is not a dress rehearsal.
