Naik lagi setelah habis ngebati kemaren turuun 4 kg hahaha. Aku kebanyakan overthinking jadi skrng dibawa slow aja. But sometimes aku terlalu menyalahkan diriku sendiri kalau bb ku naik :(
63 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
