Hi guys ,please assist my scale is not moving but I can see from my cloths that I lost which I good my problem is a few of my friends are saying I have lost too much coz my collar bone wat do I do to make less visible coz I dnt feel I have reached were I want to be
67.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When people are used to you being a certain weight and then you lose it, it is an adjustment for them to see you that way. They just need to get used to your new weight. Also, saying you are too skinny could be their way of complimenting you. Just make sure you actually are in your recommended weight zone. You can do some bench press to build your chest muscles if you collar bones look unnatural, but some of us just have them bones. Quite normal.

Sometimes people just say stuff (to make you feel better??) go with your feelings about yourself and where you want to be.

Check your fat loss. If you muscle train you could weigh more but look smaller
