What i did might not work for everyone , I'm 22 years old , 5'10
I'm regularly following 16/8 Intermittent Fasting
I eat at 7 at night , approximately 500 calories dinner , then i go for a 30 mins walk , I don't eat until 1 during the day ( zuhur) , I'm strictly committed to a high intensity workout session of 30 mins minimum for that i follow an app with additional reps and less rest times , after workout it's a post workout meal , sometimes Roti but fruits is way better , any fruits available in the market right now.
No snacks
No sugar
I went a way too far with low calorie which i didn't know before is risky and i had health problems and i got weak, please don't go lower than 1250 calories per day , use any online calorie calculator , that'll better give u an estimation of how many calories u need to maintain and how many calories to lose weight .
And i almost reached my goal but I'm sticking to this for the rest of my life, I'm having fun with it , I'm loving what I'm doing , I'm motivated and my life is changed, i changed physically but more importantly mentally, it might be slow but you should know hard work pays off , trust the process and keep focusing on what u have to do today.
