今天早上起來準備加班要吃的低卡健康午餐,然後早餐很忙的只能吃一顆蘋果,2餐加起來熱量不會太多,因為要留一些扣達給晚餐😂。 晚餐吃了不少超利尿的芋頭冬瓜+雞肉+炒青菜(過水),餐後再把早上泡的秋葵綠茶(約800c. c. )喝完,不知道明天能不能有好成果!? (今天體脂33.9%)
