Debeeld, I'm not sure if you've been reading the comments that people have been posting to your journal entries. You mention that you're not even eating all your points. That is exactly why you aren't able to continue losing. Your body has gone into 'starvation mode' .. and is storing just about everything you eat as fat. Like someone already said, you need to eat to lose weight. You need to start eating according to the guidelines that WW provides. I'm not familiar with the program, but I'm sure that they don't tell you to starve. If you've got the determination and the will power to actually starve yourself to lose weight, imagine what you'll be able to accomplish once you start eating the right foods again! Don't give up hope .. you have all the right tools to start trimming down, you just need to start using them. Good luck!

Yes, you need to follow the WW plan as written for it to work. Cutting points does not mean more weight loss. You must eat ALL your daily points EVERY day in order to lose. Those are the minimum you need to eat. The flex points are optional, but some people find they lose better when they eat some of them too. Make sure you try to get in all the healthy guidelines (dairy, protein, fruits, veggies and oils). You should not be starving on WW. Plan out your day if you need too. Stay away from too many processed foods. You can even eat out if you plan and lose weight. You need to get out of the starve yourself mentality. Think of your metabolism like a furnace, if you don't put in fuel it will stop burning. That is what happens to your metabolism when you don't eat enough. Go for a week eating all your points every day and you will probably be pleasatly surprised. Good luck!

All EXCELLENT tips. I have been on WW online for a month. Last year I joined going to the classes. This time around, I am eating all my points per week and then some. The more I exercise the more of the activity points I use up. Now I don't eat the activity points in junk food, but have healthy snacks, etc. About two weeks ago I did not hit my 24 points daily, yet I earned about 20 activity points. The scales moved like 1 pound. I was upset. Last week I ate more, still getting in my 20 activity points, lost 2.2 and that was during my female bloat week :) So do not deprive yourself of the points, you WILL NOT LOSE that way. Just hit your points and do so with healthy foods. You have to eat to lose. The reason we have gained is not becuase of us EATING TOO MUCH, it is WHAT WE'VE BEEN EATING ALL THESE YEARS!!!! Hang in there. WW is a great lifestyle program. It is a slow weight loss program, which is the healthy way to lose.
