不要被騙而放輕鬆大吃!
今天早上燙玉米筍、花椰菜、秋葵加芝麻醬,
真的好美味喔!
配上好市多買的堅果、
纖三薯……真的吃好飽,
只是晚上要先燙好冷藏,
有小小麻煩、大大享受!
