My fast weight loss is because of consuming around only 800 calories per day and doing alot of cardio , I'll never recommend it , now I'm increasing my calories consumption to 1500-1600 calories , i didn't do proper research , it has helped me but it's not healthy
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yeah , my bad but I've increased my cardio workout and have increased calorie intake , will get used to it soon without increasing weight but decreasing slowly and bulk up a little with protein diet and additional weight training at home

Its all about calculation Bro first U should find your body fat percentage and then find total daily energy expenditure then U can make your calorie diet👍
