Still hovering near 300 lbs, in spite of reducing beer, wine intake and reducing fatting foods. The cycling sure kicks up my metabolism but not in a permanent way yet. Anxious to lose the next 10 lbs!!
134.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
