much better this week, i was hoping for a little better on the scale since i was soooo good this week, but i lost the 1.4 i gained and an additional 0.2, so i'm not going to complain (too much)lol. i just need to kick it into gear with the exercise thing, don't know why i seem to be dragging my feet, i know that once i get started i'll be okay(i think).
