Don't understand y the huge drop two weeks ago then a huge rise &now steady drop again. Sigh. Never mind, atleast I'm losing. Off to gym for one last work out before our holiday. The weather's grim out & hubby looks so toasty in bed that I'm having a hard time motivating myself but ever little helps! (especially as goodness knows how much food bs exercise I actually consume. Off for two weeks.merry Xmas everyon!
57.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
