昨晚吃了大餐,
我點了印度尼西亞炒飯,
還有凱撒沙拉,
吃完才發現,
炒飯盤底好油啊!
回家又上跑步機,
走了30分鐘,
才放心的去洗澡,
好擔心明天體重會狂翻,
今天要盡量做運動了。
