Second the points thing. You need to eat your daily points every day (those are your minimum you need to keep your metabolism burning). If you don't eat enough to fuel your metabolism, it slows and you don't lose much or not at all. Sometimes you can even gain. If you are exercising, this becomes even more important. It sounds strange, but you need to eat to lose. If you keep your calories too low, and stop losing, you won't have any more to cut out. Plus, the more you eat while losing, the more you can eat while maintaining. Good luck!
