I am so upset about gaining. I haven't been eating much of anything, might be the salt. Went to a small plate and have about a 1/2 cup of everything I eat.
118.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 52.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

I tried that too. People at Curves say I don't eat enough. Find that hard to believe.

Make sure you are eating all of your daily points and getting in those good health guidelines! Sometimes just cutting back doesn't work because of the fat/calorie content in the food you eat. If you are working out, eat some of those activity points. Also if you are working out, remember your body tends to retain water and takes a couple of weeks to reflect the good things you are doing! Hang in there and don't let a gain discourage you!

Second the points thing. You need to eat your daily points every day (those are your minimum you need to keep your metabolism burning). If you don't eat enough to fuel your metabolism, it slows and you don't lose much or not at all. Sometimes you can even gain. If you are exercising, this becomes even more important. It sounds strange, but you need to eat to lose. If you keep your calories too low, and stop losing, you won't have any more to cut out. Plus, the more you eat while losing, the more you can eat while maintaining. Good luck!
