starting my weight loss journey. I am finally ready. I have lost almost 20 pounds from my highest weight of 360. I didnt realize I lost 8 more since I was on the scale last. I have high hopes at accomplishing this goal.
155.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 82.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
