This took about 6 months to gain - from March 15 to the end of September. Bad me! Getting back on track now. Freeze the nectarines and most of the salsa, so that it does not go bad. Defrost the chiliquilla sauce - the small one. Use up the green onions - perhaps tuna salad or perhaps cheese toast my way or maybe chicken salad. The candy I had today was dark chocolate with almonds. That is 10 calories less than the milk chocolate with almonds, but it is not on fatsecret's list. Eat protein to stay full.
