After a weekend of some drinking and my monthly due tomorrow this is not a problem. Went to the gym this morning and walked for 45 mins. Good start to the day!
102.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
