OMG it's working. I took a couple weeks off the diet. Started eating like I intend to when I am "normal". Gained a few, but stabilized. Then went back to the beginning. Lowered carbs and calories and since Monday, I am down 3 lbs! I pray this is the "kickstart" I was hoping for and I will finally break through that damn 200 wall! I just have to pick up my B-complex again now... been out for weeks.I finally feel optimistic again! YAY!
