昨天3餐都是自制低卡健康營養餐,雖然在宵夜破功吃了蛋黃酥糕餅之類的,今天體重居然回到前幾天,把這幾天增加的體重一天就回復,高興! 只是因為最近都在宵夜吃高熱量食物所以體脂又變高了…… (今天體脂37.4%)
