alhamdulillah..setelah 2hari gak B.A.B akhirnya hari ini B.A.B dan langsung nimbang udah di angka 57😭
padahal semalem makan ayam bakar pake nasi jam 10an🙈
57 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
