Same! And in 2 months lost 6cm in each major part of ny body :). Worth it but calculate your calories properly according to your activities :).

https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator this is very handy. I workout 5-6days a week (heavy weight/hiit workouts). But have work from home. And my macros are now 140g protein, 70g carbs, 70g fat and total about 1500kcal a day.
