This was a bad bad past week...no worries, I'm back on track this week. Had to take a slight break from the strict dieting and rigorous excercise before I burned out and gave up.
104.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
