Well, I'm okay. I'm at the same weight, but must be because I busted butt yesterday. Now, I have to get myself back into losing. Why oh why did I do that to myself??? I need to remember that it wasted at least 3 days of losing so far. Got to fight those cravings. Or find something suitable to help. Not much else to say. Just hope I can get back into losing! *fingers crossed*
Ok, I have decided to make smaller goals for myself. Thought maybe it would keep me focused. At least seem easier to obtain. So I've changed my goal weight; when I reach it, I will change it again.
