1.1kg증량... 이틀사이 2.2kg증량. 내가 뭘잘못한거지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ어제 좀 탄수를 70g 먹었다지만 너무하네. 복부팽만감 쩐다. 마늘이 문제일까. 아니면 현미곤약밥?
