这段时间，一直在外面，几个称都不准，又下单一个体重秤，昨天到了，还好还好，没有因为半个月的大吃大喝而增重。

60.5 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg. Still to go: 0.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
