this is not the entry i was hoping to make, i had a gain at WW today, i'm not really sure how i screwed up this badly but i know i wasn't good last weekend and i guess it caught up with me. i'm really bummed because i had a gain, but i'm not going to let it get me down, i need to just buckle down. this week i'm going to track and count everything, i thought i tracked last week, but not well enough i guess. i didn't expect to do well this week but i didn't think i gained. well, moving on next week is another weigh in and i vow to do better. it's hard to admit but if i do hopefully i learn from my mistakes. i was going to cheat a little today, but now i've decided against it. last week is behind me, now let's move on.
