dropped my 1st 5 lbs in about 2 weeks! cut back on the dairy carbs and sugar and upped my exercise. Stopped the coctails too...about 1x per week now if that, used to have 1-2 cocktails about 4-5 days a week. My goal is to drop about 23#s so I am about 20% here...
