was a healthy day yesterday. going to keep it going! obviously don't expect to loose 2 lbs everyday, but every week would be nice! its up to me!!
82.3 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
