Didn’t reach my mini-goal, had a couple of treat meals... I’m still proud that I’ve lost some though. It’s all about sustainability right? I’m happy that I forced a plateau the last couple of months, I seem to be losing weight much more easily than before (if I watch what I eat)
Let’s see if I can reach my mini goal at the end of September.
