Ok..Back on track! I managed to gain a few pounds but lost them also! NO MORE CHEATING! Valentines day is right around the corner and i still have 10 pounds to go!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
