I am so excited that I have lost 16 pounds... that is something that I thought was impossible to do. I was an emotional eater but thank goodness with prayer and mind renewal I have a different perspective concerning food. It hasn’t be an easy journey but I did it!! I am so happy... if I can do it anyone can.
