Total result of eating too many carbs snacking over the weekend, and not enough water. Working out this morning and restricting to 800 calories. Hopefully when I weigh in tomorrow, I will lose it. At this rate....I wi have NO DRESS TO WEAR THIS SEPTEMBER!!!! Time to get serious and get to 150. I want to be 159 by MONDAY!!!!
