Well, I finally weighed myself after the weekend pigout and was shocked to discover that I went up quite a bit....I am sure though, that I lost weight from yesterday because I feel as though I have. I just haven't lost a bunch which is frustrating.
However, I am back on track already this week and yesterday, I did a great workout. I actually did two workouts which was awesome.
I plan on doing two workouts every day this week too and maybe into the weekend. I just want this weight off! I want to be 159 by next Monday!
