Starting with a 21 day weightloss challenge today. Need to kickstart my weightloss and to be a healthier.No more using lockdown as a excuse for getting more overweight and unhealthy.
181.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 81.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
