Hello! I've been playing around on what I want my calorie goal to be like since I'm not losing anything on 2000. And 1000 is just too hard for me. I'm currently staying at 1500. And over time will work myself down but that's just really hard right now. I'm changing my goal weight for my birthday because 150 is just too much. I don't really know but it's going to be yet but I don't want to be trying too hard since it just gets me in the bad headspace. wherever I get to I'll be happy if I lose at least 10. this is going to be a long journey and I'm okay if it is. I can't wait for the year ahead and to see what I'll look like. I'm very impatient so this is going to be hard for me especially because I love food so much. but I'm on the journey with you guys.!!! thank you for all the love and support throughout the past couple days and I was not doing very well. I'm on the right path now. I'm going to way sometime tomorrow I was too busy today. I was doing stuff non-stop all day today so I'm really tired. I'm going to treat myself to some TV and a nice warm shower!! 💖💖
