I am going to try to eat healthy and be more active. I have an unusual schedule with school, so my eating schedule is very off. I end up eating lunch around 1:00 pm and then snacks during breaks between classes and dinner around 9:00 pm. This horrible time conflict is catching up with me because I'm eating snacks that are not "snack-size!" I am going to do better.
