Thanks for the support guys! I have returned to Fat Secret after realizing I put on 6kg in the last 4 months of lockdown! And 13kg since I first logged on to Fat Secret in 2015. The weight is scarier now when being overweight puts you at higher risk of complications if you get COVID-19-it’s time to get serious
