After really sticking to a calorie controlled diet over the past 7 weeks, i have seen great results, will be carrying this on for a while yet, liking the mind set I'm in, staying positive while having yummy healthy and varied foods which I love, so don't feel I'm missing out so much on naughties and alcohol which I have avoided! long may this trend continue....😃
60.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
