I'm still 138 after having 2 cheat days. nit so much cheat days really more just basically not counting calories and not worrying so much about going overboard.

think I need to stop rewarding myself with food and I may set a lower goal weight too
62.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
