I've been weighing every few days since I've upped my carbs and calories to make sure things are okay. Amazingly the scale is now showing I've dropped to 188. That is important for me to realize that I wasn't getting enough cals. Whew!

A thought: OWL is meant to be the time we continue to lose, but add in carbs and calories slowly in an effort to slowly re-approach a more normal eating pattern. It isn't a time to deprive our bodies and force them into submission. I like the more gentle, kindly approach, honoring our body as a wise thing, even if it did get too overweight. So, I've waited these few months in my stall, telling my body every day that it will be fine. And it is! Yay!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
