diet lg kacau banget. Udah 1 bulan dietnya ngawur alhasil ga turun malah naik 1kg 😑.
Mungkin karena lg dititik jenuh kali ya, udh diet selama 3 bulan sebelumnya :). BISMILLAH. BACK TO TRACK TO GET MY 48KH OF WEIGHT GOAL
