I lost another pound.

I am not 113 lbs and 3 few to go. :)

I'm so happy. ^ ^.

I thought I'm gaining a lot because of the food that I eat. I really maximize may caloric intake and sometimes exceeds them.

God is great. Thank you Lord for my motivation and positive
attitude towards weight loss.
51.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sometimes if you are stuck at a certain weight, eating a little extra will kick start your metabolism. Don't you give up and I won't either.

Just remember whenever you fall you have to pick yourself up and continue the walk. Jesus fell 3 times but he got up and continued on for us. So we must never give up when we fall.
