Thank u bt it's still not great.so i checked my BMR in the Google then I got the how calories I have to eat then I eat that much or less then those calories ex.if it says I should eat 1400 then I would it 1300 or sometimes 1400 also I workout regularly except Sunday I didn't ate any cheat meal which is unhealthy I ate healthy n tasty cheat meals only like brown bread egg sandwich etc.i burned around 250-350 calories everyday n sometimes more calories.if u Workout then before working out drink Black coffee with jaggery powder or 1 TSP of sugar. N in ur macros u should eat Protein more everyone's Protein intake should be 1.8 multiply by their weight in kg example.mine is 67.6so I should eat 1.8*67.6=121.6g I am not saying exactly bt around this much n ur carbohydrates should be low.sry this is too long but I hope this helps u.any questions pls ask☺️☺️☺️

Do cardio and strength training I bought some dumbbells for that it's affordable too.n do lots of streching too n if u take whey protein them u should take it mostly after Workout or if not then u should drink milk after 20mins .

I am doing aerobics from eva fitness youtube channel u should try too.then after this I do chest workouts for arms biceps n chest.the core workout of mr.london youtube channel and Chloe ting too.then if time permits I do leg workout too squats and lounges.n more streching before and after Workout

Actually I was afraid because from few days my weight was increasing by 1kg I was so scared bt not it's normal because back then I had few sore muscles so I guess that's y it was increasing.i hope it helps.if any doubts or questions do ask me☺️☺️☺️💜💜

@vijaybishat 1st should know how much calories u should eat from Google by using BMR calculator then suppose urr BMR is 1800 then u should eat more than this around 2000 to2200 this means u r in surplus not calories deficit.u suggest some youtube channel go whatch their video those will help u related to what u should eat and about workout too.mr.b-fit and saket gokhle.hopw this

Oh yes the weight increased for me too when I tried new workout. Guess it’s normal. Good that you mentioned this even I was concerned honestly

Haha what I eat I always post 🙈🙈 for exercise did Chloe Ting and bit of yoga. But my progress is little slow 😉 need to fasten a bit

Anywhere from 1700 to 2200 calories. Not all days are same. 😔

My experience, food weing machine helped me to realise, where I was spoiling my diet. it helped me

Yes @ayush I also use food weighing machine it's just made it simple to track my food.i think I am on a right track let's see how my weight lose journey goes.☺️☺️
