I let keeping track slide, as I thought I was probably gaining weight due to eating too much rubbish. scales seem to say otherwise! am going to start logging again, as there are some jeans I'd quite like to wear again tempting me in the wardrobe - they won't magically fit without a bit of effort! 😁
