Semua yg di makan masakan sendiri,semua makanan di timbang, cemilan juga buat sendiri, boleh makan snack jajan ringan sehari gk lebih dr 200kalori (ini khusus snack/makanan yg gk berfaedah) 😆
Sehari wajib yogurt yg low fat low sugar (cari yg kalori d bawah 100 atw maksimal 100😀)
Kmana2 bawa bekal dr rumah.makan pagi siang malam sdah d planing.
Waktu pagi mkan wajib jam 7 cemilan jam 9 maksi jm 12 snack jam 15 makan malam jam 17
Olga seminggu 5kalo cuma senam cardio 20-25mnit aj aq.
