Well...i have not been watching my portions and not exercising regularly. What did i think was going to happen?
Whatever. No looking back or stopping. My life is on the line. I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT FOR GOOD!

One day at a time. I know i can do this. I GOT THIS!!!!
83.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
