量了好幾次都是59.2kg。昨天還是60.3kg,懷疑是不是體重計壞了。 昨天嘗試著:下午3點最後進食後,直接上連二的課,接著再到curves運動(緩和,心跳維持每10秒18下)。原以為晚上會很累或肚子餓扁,但是也還好ㄟ~身體似乎慢慢接受間歇性斷食了。
