I entered my weight starting from the day I started on WW. As I know some of you can sympathize, the holidays got me and I fell off the wagon straight into the food! The good thing is that I haven't gained all of the weight back and as of last week I have started going to the gym daily to get back on track.
I have started to follow my point system again and track those as well as my activity points. I am going to turn this around and get back on track!
