Day 2 of being back on program, I really think that is the best description as I doubt I will be able to fulfill as a lifestyle, I failed miserably already dropping to 219 and being frustrated at weight loss and eventually going back to old habits, slowing down, stop working out, eating a lot, being depressed about my weight and eating some more, I really put the blame all on myself as I would be at my ideal weight now if I had just stuck with it, losing slowly over time, this time I am planning to do it much like the first time two years ago, but I hope somehow I can find the motivation and will power to stick with it and see it through.
